Domestic Shipping (Within India )

We usually ship within 3-4 working days of receiving your order, If in case the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.

Once your order is shipped , it generally gets deliverd within 7 working days post dispatch,However please expect  7-10 days for your order to be deliverd.

International Shipping

For International Shipments we usually Ship within 3-4 working days and if there is any delay in any case we will inform you via email.

Shipment normally takes 15-20 days to reach at your destination but please allow us 25 days atleast to deliver your order.

We understand that you can not smell the scented candles online and In case if you have ordered scented candles and in any case if you do not like the fragrance or product you may totally return it. Just contact us contact@flamendecor.com with your Order number and we shall guide you from their for the return process.

Please Know the return will be only eligible for unused products and please make sure its in it original packaging before returning it.

You need to inform the courier agent or courier partner upon delivery if there is any damage done by courier service
