Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 5 days. After the duration of 5 days starting from the date of delivery, refund or exchange would not be processed unfortunately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned Sale Items, Essential oil, Oil Blend, personal care such as cream and oil, Subscription Boxes, can not be returned or refunded, Order for such Items simply can not be returned or refund.
Sale Items can not be cancelled and are not returnable or refundable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item that is returned more than 06 days after delivery

For prepaid orders, if you wish to cancel your order because you ordered the wrong item(s) or no longer want the products, a cancellation fee of 2% of the total order value will apply, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of 2% of the total order value, along with ₹150 towards shipping charges, will be deducted before the refund is processed.
- For prepaid orders, repeated cancellations or frequent return requests may result in your account being restricted from placing future orders with us. We kindly request that you read the product description, specifications, and our store policies carefully before placing your order to ensure an informed purchase.

In the event of a return, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email confirming its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account to see if the refund has been credited.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected in your account.
- If you paid via your bank account, please contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you request us to arrange a return pickup, the applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
For exchange orders, the time taken for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on your delivery location and the courier service.
